- To provide our mobile service, we require sufficient space to operate, whether it is your property or not, and assurances of safety for both our team and your vehicle. Our top priority is to ensure a secure and protected environment to service your vehicle. We guarantee to adhere to all safety measures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. - If the stated conditions are not met upon our arrival, we have the right to reschedule the service for a mutually convenient time or date. A rescheduling fee of €25 will also apply.
- Payment for our services must be made in full on the day of the scheduled appointment. If the customer is not present, they can leave payment in cash or credit card, or we will send an invoice via email that must be paid in full on the same day. Failure to pay in full on the same day will result in a 10% late charge.

- We maintain the discretion to assess a fee for each vehicle based on various factors such as its state, make and model as well as the location of the customer. The charges will vary accordingly.
- Removing pet hair and sand from vehicles with normal vacuuming is a challenging task. While we cannot guarantee complete removal, we do strive to eliminate visible traces of these elements. Our service offerings have a high success rate, but complete removal can be difficult.
- For the safety of children, we will not remove or replace car seats in any situation. We request that our clients take out car seats and booster seats prior to our arrival. If the car seat is left in the vehicle, we will try our best to clean around it, but we can't guarantee complete satisfaction.
- We do not take responsibility for damages caused to interior components that are heavily soiled, stained, or already damaged, such as dash buttons, steering column buttons, and knobs. These areas may have accumulated layers of dirt, grime, and makeup, which could result in loss of markings during the cleaning process.
- We offer cleaning services for engine bays and sunroofs, but only upon request. While we strive to provide the best service possible, we cannot be held responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise as a result of the cleaning process.
